Clients agreements to services
• If a regular client (1 walk/visit per week or more) total payment for the month to be paid at time of booking and going forward to be paid on the last day of the month in advance.
• All medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
• One off walk/visit must be paid at the time of booking.
• The correct key to enter the household must be given at the meet and greet.
• In the event of abnormal weather, services may be changed last minute. E.g. in hot weather, walks will be kept to sheltered areas and the time of the service may change to a cooler time of day. In extreme cases the service may be changed to a check-in service where the dog will be let out in the garden instead of a walk.
• In the event urgent medical care is required the client gives permission for Jessica to seek advice/take my pet to the designated vet for treatment.
• Accurate description of the animal's behaviour to be made known at the meet and greet. This includes letting Jessica know as soon as possible if the female dog is in heat.
The pet care provider's agreement
• The pet care provider will provide the dog walk/visit as described.
• The pet care provider shall maintain liability insurance for the services provided under this agreement
• The pet care provider will provide proof of insurance upon request.
• The pet care provider will notify the owner of any occurrence pertaining to the pet which may be relevant to the care and well-being of the pet.
• The pet care provider reserves the right to walk other compatible dogs at the same time but limited to five dogs at any one time.
• The pet care provider is not obliged to perform any other duties except those that are booked.
• A reliable service will be provided unless under extreme circumstances to which the client will be notified as soon as possible.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation two weeks prior to booking – no fee
Cancellation 7 days prior to booking – 25% of booking charge
Cancellation 5 days prior to booking – 50% of booking charge
Cancellation 2 days or less to booking date – 100% of booking charge
